A Christian High School Experience

High School is a pivotal time for students as they work to discover their identity, solidify their worldview, and take their first steps toward adulthood. At City First Christian Academy, each high school student receives the guidance, community, and academic foundation they need to prepare for what comes next, led by educators who are deeply invested in both who they are and who they are becoming.

We are excited to offer our Eugene-Springfield area a Christ-centered high school option where students can receive a high-quality education from preschool through 12th grade, allowing them to remain in the same faith-based community as they grow. All students are encouraged to pursue academic excellence, deepen their relationship with Jesus, and develop a lifelong heart for service.

Small Classes and Direct Instruction

CFCA prioritizes small class sizes so that each student can be fully seen and known through direct instruction using a traditional teaching model. We hold students to high standards in both character and academics, while offering individualized learning plans to meet their unique needs. While we are committed to preparing our students for a technological world, we believe technology should complement teaching, not replace it.

College Courses and Career Prep

Beginning in the 2025–2026 school year, CFCA will offer college-credit courses in partnership with Corban University. Students can earn college credit through courses taught by our own qualified faculty.

CFCA is dually-accredited through the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and Cognia. Our school hosts its own chapter of the National Honor Society. Each student also receives individualized career and college advising to prepare them for success after high school.

Athletics & Extracurriculars

Our students can participate in athletics either through our OSAA-approved co-op with Crow High School or their local area high school. Please inquire for details on a specific sport with the Athletic Director. We offer a wide variety of music, performance, art, and foreign language options for students to explore.

Spiritual Life

At CFCA, every student is enrolled in a Bible class each semester and attends weekly chapel, grounding their education in faith. Our entire school also participates in a monthly character curriculum designed to encourage spiritual and personal growth. High school students are expected to model Christlike leadership by setting a positive example for younger peers and embodying what it means to be a CFCA Warrior. Through school-sponsored service projects and volunteer opportunities within the broader community, we aim to help students deepen their love for Jesus and cultivate a heart of service.

We believe every student has unique strengths, God-given gifts, and a purpose that matters. At CFCA, our goal is to support high school students in developing both academic confidence and strong character, rooted in faith. Through meaningful relationships, intentional mentorship, and opportunities to lead and serve, we equip students to step into the future with clarity, courage, and conviction.
