Human Resources & Business Manager

Mrs. Cave works in the office as the Human Resource Manager. She has a bright personality that her faith shines through. Her background is in Human Resources and in assisting kids with Autism and other behavior issues. Just before accepting her position at CFCA, she was working at a Senior Living Facility as the Life Enrichment Director/Business Office Manager back-up. Her diverse experiences have allowed her to be our jack-of-all-trades, but her real passion is people, especially working with students in a school setting, so it’s not a rare occurrence to see her subbing for a PE class or stepping in to help with recess injuries.

She owns a blue heeler that is actually white because he forgot to throw any color. He is her favorite running partner on the weekends. She loves flamingos and anything pink and sparkly.
